Apex jr?

Dummy question: I'm buying the Apex Jr. It will come with the temp probe, the brain, display and eb4 right? Ok so the question is : I already have an extra Eb8 and the PH Lab grade probe, the wxm, can i use this things without purchasing any module extra? I use my apex basically to control my Radions and MP-40's, check PH, temperature and be able to turn everything on and off from my phone!!!!! Look into ReefAngel as well. I'm glad I stumbled upon it when I was looking for a controller. Around the same price as the Jr. but you get 8 controllable outlets, temperature, ph probe, 2 dimming ports, and a built in I/O for an ATO. Its also really expendable.

you can use up to 8 different modules I believe with the Apex jr.

I agree with internet connected controllers. I ultimately went with the he reef angel plus to play around and learn coding. But would not hesitate to get an apex at any level and have heard nothing but good things about the product and support

The Apex Jr does not come with an EB4. There are 4 outlets builtin the Apex Jr itself. Some information given earlier was not quite correct - you can connect up to 7 expansion modules to an Apex Jr if it's running the latest (version 4.40) firmware; in earlier firmware, the limit was 4 modules. The display does not count as one of the modules for this. In order to connect your pH probe to your new Jr, you will need to add a PM1 module.
