Apex LAN isuue

So i have had my apex set up for a few months now. I was able to get onto the LAN previously and access my Apex through the online page, but for the past 2 to 3 weeks it just shut down on me, not allowing me to access it anymore. I tried going through the whole unofficial guide, and starting the process from step one, re-entering all the values for ip address and gateway and all that jazz, but for some reason i have not having any luck. I think i might be missing some small step. Anyway if someone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

You can't get through to it on your home network?
