Apex Maint Reason List

Any way to modify this list? Or submit a suggestion to Apex? Personally, I'd like to have one that says "Harvested Chaeto" or simply "macroalgae" would do... Maybe there is a way and idk it? I don't have a use for most of the list really.

I just use the Basic note template and name it whatever I need to. But to answer your question, there’s no way I know of to change those.

When you have time submit a ticket to support, say low priority, and offer the suggestion. Wouldn't hurt.

As already mentioned I just add a basic and add a few key words to start. Then the remaining text a bit more detail. This way when I look at notes I see the event and key words which is easier to scan. For example add fish then the type, source of purchase or if I submit an icp sample include a link or filename of the display picture. This way I can look back at the notes, photo, etc.
