For the second time, few days after an AOS update for some weird reason my Apex seems to forget the 4 powerboats connected to it, creates new ones with its own random program for the outlets.
Had it turn on the water change outlet dumping 80 gallons of freshwater in the sump, causing a major flood in the basement, turns of return pumps to my 7 tanks, turn on chillers......
Last time took neptune 10 days and no clear solution or cause has been identified so they blamed it on multiple failures which we have since more than 10 years and weirdly all my other apex units (4 in total) never had an issue. I had to reprogram all outlets on 4 powerboats so far which is not fun at 2 am .
I added a ups for the power supply to the apex to make sure the brain does not have any power interruptions anymore and waiting for neptune to identify the cause and the solution.
Anyone else had this happen ?

Maybe some info below? I don't use controllers but follow some of the threads. Failures are one of the reasons I've never considered one but I'm fortunate that my schedule doesn't require automation other than ato.
