I just love all of these pictures where the wiring is organized in such a neat manner. However what I've experienced is a wool bit different with my own system. It never fails that I have to pull the wiring from one of my pumps or lights for repairs. This creates such a problem with a bunch of cables. Does anyone have any solutions?

Bunch them in sections my lights are all together my pumps are all together probes and so on and so on it's still a pain but at least there is a method to the madness

when organizing the placement of controllers etc., did you all account for running DC wires perpendicular, not parallel, to AC wires? wondering if this is of actual concern or not.

It can be a concern on full length wire runs but short distances is not a concern. Short length meaning less then a foot is fine as long as those wire are not tied or bundled together.

Ok. I didn't know this was something to even think about. What's the issue?

Btw, really nice setups, everyone!

Electro interference on the pH and the Orp probes which can lead to false readings. Same thing can happen in a home if you run coax cable and phone lines parallel to electric lines. Ph and Orp lines should if possible run as far from the power cords as possible. Vertical crossing or X crossing is fine just not run the same route tied side by side. Coax/phone lines only needs to be about a 12-18" away from power runs.

Ok, but what about DC pumps and AC pumps? No issue?
