Hi all. I've been running two EB832s with no real problems until earlier this week. One of the 832s appears to have blown the stepdown converter. I ordered a new EB832 and hooked everything up. All of the outlets for the new 832 showed up in the tiles. I moved them to the dashboard, and I am able to turn the switches on and off with the slider, but I am unable to program them. When click the gear icon it just goes to a blank screen.

When I click on the outputs icon it shows multiple outlets with the same name.

Finally, when I look at the modules, it does not list the new 832.

I'm sure it's something stupid that I did and something simple to fix, but truth be told I've been looking at it for far too long. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Go to the very top of fusion page. You should see the new component which you will drag into your accessories and set it up.
There should be some videos also on You Tube
