Currently going through problems with my apex just randomly blinking orange lights and nothing is working, energy bar disconnects form the apex for no apperent reason, I like apex but they needa step their game up with customer service and not making people waiting like 3 days to get a reply like what the heck???? My tank is ran by your product at least be avl when someone needs urgent help!

I just went thru this same thing. They will respond in 12 hr normally. Is there a "!" in the fusion app on the EB icon?
On the back of the EB there is a breaker. Little button you can push in.
Also you can try to update the firm ware.
Worst case something is wrong internally and you can send it in for repair or they will send you a refurbished one for $180

Try replacing the Aquabus cable from the Brain to the EB and see if that helps. Also, if you happen to have a display connected, disconnect it and see if it resumes back to normal (don't ask how I know about this :()
