Apex programming help, please

Hi, just joined the apex club and have a quick programming question...
I’m setting up my auto top off, I guess it’s kinda diy since I use float switches and a cheap pump in a 5gal bucket with my reefkeeper. I want the apex to react to a float switch (have a breakout box) then turn on my pump for only 30seconds. Then not turn on again, no matter what, for 4hours. I pretty sure I use advanced options but how would I word all this out in fusion?
