I am looking to set up a pump on my apex. I am looking to run the pump when Sw2 is closed for 6 minutes. Then I want the pump to run for 3 minutes then turn off until Sw2 closes again for 6 minutes. Does this code look right?

Fallback OFF

Set OFF

If sw2 CLOSED Then ON

Defer 6:00 Then ON

Min Time 4:00 Then OFF

Been awhile since I played with an Apex but it does not look correct.

I think the way it works is like this right now, SW2 closes. 6 minutes later the pump runs and it keeps running until sw2 is opened. Once the pump turns off it must be off at least 4 minutes before running again.

You could change the last to
Min Time 3:00 Then On

This way, once the pump started it would run for at least 3 minutes but wouldn't turn off after 3 minutes unless sw2 was open. Not sure if that would work for your application.
