I had an issue when I got a new router. Sent nep a support request. Within a day I had Luis on the phone and he logged on to my computer and fixed everything remotely. Great customer:) service!:)

They did in the past when I bought a classic unit used 3-4 years back.Since this is a fresh thread I thought I'd ask. I'm waiting delivery of a older Apex used. Does Neptune support help with units bought used from private parties?
