Is something going on with neptune right now? I am seeing a lot vendors sold out of a lot of their products. I am about to purchase a kit

Yes, it's called covid-19. All businesses are effected, Neptune isn't immune to the rules either.

Neptune is based in California which is on lockdown due to COVID-19. They are not able to go to their office, so no new Tridents or reagents are being made. Support staff are working from home and still responding to support requests, but unable to do physical hardware repairs.

As others have said, they are basically shut down. Brs still has the full system and some of the add ons. I am sure if you look around enough you could find most of the add ons that you want, probably just not all at the same place. With the exception of the trident, and it's reagents, everyone seems to be out of those.

My LFS has one in stock that I will pick up here soon. He said he is not having that much trouble getting them.
