So I noticed my ph and my temp stayed constant for the last couple of days, checked probes, swapped ph probe from other system and hit the reset button, then the both dropped out. Anybody have a clue. I cannot calibrate the temp back to normal (so no heater control). I just ordered a pm1 and new temp probe from BRS. Should be here in a couple days.

I will try that. Thank you for the suggestion. When you mean reboot, just a reset with a quick push of the button? I have so much running on this thing I don't want to lose all my settings.

Contact support. Those are both reading as open circuit and since it affected both pH and temp simultaneously, there is a good chance this is a hardware failure.

For anyone searching for an answer here. It turned out that one of my heaters was faulty, and the current in the water took out the inputs on the Apex for temp and ph. I hooked up the pm1 module, got everything programmed and workin. As soon as I turned on the heater's circuit it fried the pm1 as well. That's when I figured it out. Threw away all 3 heaters, bought new. Bought another pm1, all has been good for 8 months.
