Ok today I installed all my apex stuff to my system and first ran it just in a empty aquarium to get the hang of the system before puting it on my dt, when I hooked the temp probe back into the unit the temp is way off. Pic show temp in ferehnheit 5.7 huh... So I figured something just was off so I went to calibration and it only goes to 35.7 and low is 5.7. Is this probe all the sudden trash or am I missing something? Everything was opened out of the box for 1 week. Also when I plugged everything back in and try to go to fusion dashboard the link token screens appears instead of the dashboard and I have already done this and the display won't let me get another token. Any ideas there aswell would be great.

Is it looking for the correct temp probe on your apex? What I mean is depending on where the probe is connected on your apex it will have a different name (ie. Temp, tempx6 so on)

If that's not an issue I would suspect a faulty probe.

It's plugged in to the only temp port on the main module. Only one spot for it.

Ok just wanted to make sure, wasn't sure if you were running any other modules with it. I would try another temp probe. I suggest contacting neptune since the system is new. They will probably send a new probe out for you.

As for the token for fusion I would also ask neptune for that as well. They will schedule a appt with you and just remote into your system of you cannot do it on your own via their step by step.
