Apex trident mag incorrect

I did the yearly send in to the neptune for regular maintenance. It came back no issues, i calibrated after a week of use. Alk is accurate, calc, is accurate mag is not accurate. Salifert showing 1500+ and neptune 1335. Thats the only number Neptune updating ever since i got the unit.

Its brand new mag box from salifert, tested 5 different times including fresh new sw, and its testing accurately. If the difference was 100ppm i understand. But its not even that close. My mag i believe its like 1600. Idk if neptune tests that far. Any solutions?

Neptune Trident ACM has a mg range between 850 and 1950. Also the service window is 24 - 36 months depending on testing frequency and overall results.

This is noted on Neptunes get started / Trident FAQ.

Not sure on the difference you are seeing but then again I do not cross compare results. What reagents are you using?
