Apex Trident

Help....I purchased a Neptune Trident 5 Days ago followed all instructions for installation but I keep getting “no sample water”
Error message. System keeps initiating repeatedly
anyone has a solution ?

I had the same issue with a used Trident I purchased. Had water up to the Trident but it would not cycle through.
You can pull the tray and watch the cycle to see if its moving. I used a syringe full of RO water and pushed while it was priming and finally got it moving.

Problem resolved too many kinks in the sample line.
Received new line and help from customer service
Up and running.
