Apex Trident's pinch valve (the white plastic part on top of the pinch valve has been broken).

Unfortunately one of the pinch valves is not working (due to the whole white plastic part on top of the pinch valve has been broken), so I am looking for the white plastic part. Let me know if you have any available. Thanks

Neptune makes a Trident spare parts kit but I'm not sure if that part is included. Your best bet is to contact Neptune support in the interim.

Thanks, but they don't sell it as spare part, they sell it as their service.

I don't think you will find just the plastic part, I suspect you will need to get the whole valve. At this point I think the only source is direct from China. I don't think there would be a high minimum quantity, but shipping cost and time are not good.

I’m thinking in the long run its $100-200 and a trip to Neptune . .
Sounds dumb/crazy but by the time you go through the hub-bub may as well get the package..
..of course eliminate the cheapest options first

There's a LFS owner in my area who also does tank maintenance. Always seems to used equipment around, some that's been taken apart for parts. It's a long shot but there may be one in your area.
