Apex USB Max Cable Length

Anyone know is there is a length limit on the Apex bus USB cables? I have my apex in my living room but want to add an EB8 in my laundry room through the ceiling so I am guessing I will need a 35-40 foot run.

I have a run of about 35 feet. No problems.

Just make sure you don't use a cable with a powered repeater or signal amplifier built into it.

I have the 125' from usbfirewire and it works great.
