I recently moved to an apartment complex and am trying to set up my Apex. The complex I moved to uses Spectrum Community Solutions. The way it works is that I connect to a network called "Reef2Reef WiFi" and enter the password. Then I get brought to a site where I enter my login such as "pugsandfish" and my password. Then I get connected and can use the wifi.

I am following this thread - https://www.neptunesystems.com/getstarted/apexel/mac-wifi-el/. I got my Apex to light up blue and then went to http://172.16.0.1/. I selected "Reef2Reef Wifi" and then I get stuck there. The page loads but ends up on an error page. Is this because of the community internet or am I doing something wrong?

I would post this on the official Neptune forums. If anybody knows how to do this it is RussM.

You can also try getting in touch with the network administrator for the apartment complex and see if they can reserve a static ip for your apex to use. You could then enter the ip address the network admin wants you to use and it should avoid the need to login altogether. I used to use this trick to connect a PS4 to hotel wifi that used similar setup.
