apex with iPad mini question?

I just got an apex gold for Christmas and was wanting to know if I will need a laptop or computer to set it up, can I use my iPad mini from start to finish?

I'm pretty sure doing it on fusion with iPad will be fine.

The one thing that requires a Mac or Windows computer is doing Apex firmware updates. Otherwise, as the others have said, you can do just fine with a tablet.

Must you? No. Should you? Possibly - that depends on what version is currently installed. If you have anything older than 4.40_8G15, I'd suggest an update to the current release of firmware.
