Just got a new Battery Backup from Bulk Reef Supply yesterday. Hooked it up, let it charge overnight and now has a green light on the charging pack. I tried to do a test outage by unplugging the power from the battery and from the mp40 driver and nothing. The backup battery does not seem to work or because it's connected to an Apex WXM, is there some code I need to input on my Apex?

You connected the thin cable from the battery to the vortech driver? Did you confirm that there is a functional fuse in the cord (one of mine was missing the fuse)?

Never even thought of that. It had a blown fuse in the one cord I was using. Thanks.

Isn’t it supposed to be set to the lowest setting like 20%? This looks like full speed constant.
