App never shows my alerts

Hello all,

I have used the reef 2 reef app on both Apple and Android. Currently using it on a pixel 2 running Android pie (9).

The app never shows that I have alerts, any at all, for my whole history of alerts it shows as empty. Did this on the iPhone 6s as well.

Other than that, the app works quite will. It has a dark mode which I really appreciate.

But, I would love to stay on top of my fav threads! Let me know if it's something I need to change in the app settings, thank you.

Skip using the app, the mobile site is better.

I'm pretty sure it's an issue with tapatalk. I agree with the advice above on using the mobile site rather than the app. Now...I know not everyone will do that, so my suggestion there is to login to the mobile site at least once a day for alerts even if you're planning to use the app for normal browsing. HTH

Just to clarify, this is the official R2R app, not tappatalk.
