I set up a brand new tank with everything new.

What’s the safest way to transfer my corals to my new tank without aptasia hitching ?

Pull the corals, remove the frag plugs, and place on new frag plugs. Inject any visible aiptasia on exposed skeleton with vinegar using an insulin syringe (There's lots of ways to kill aiptasia, just pick a method), then put the corals into a separate quarantine tank for an observation period (45 days is a pretty standard quarantine period), if you see any aiptasia growing during this time kill it immediately so it doesn't have a chance to spread to the other corals. Bonus is you can get rid of vermetid snails during this time too.

It's really hard to 100% keep aiptasia out.

3rd tank will not be allowed 😭

Will scrubbing the base of the coral help? With of course new frag plugs?
