Aptasia

I have aptasia on my radioactive dragon eye colony and I am moving the colony to a different tank. I don't have any aptasia removing products. Am I able to take the colony out of the water for a few minutes and then cut it off with a knife?

If you have one there you have more elsewhere. Get a peppermint shrimp

Cut off the part with Aiptasia or super glue over it. Don't try to scrape the Aiptasia off, it'll just come back in time. Having it out of water for a few minutes is no big deal.

I have it on a frag rack so I don't think that a peppermint shrimp will survive. It is just a frag tank.

I used Aptasia X on mine and then got a couple peppermint shrimp to make sure they never and back and it's worked great. I would say start with Aptasia X and then go from there
