Greeting everyone,

I started dosing during cycle Aqua Forest Kh Buffer since its super easy to get and now calculating prices and something does not look right.

Basically they have Kh buffer liquid and powder.

Powder is weaker since they say 80g in 1l, and resulting liquid 100ml will rise kH by 2.6 in 100l (recommended price 33 euro per 5kg). Meaning 62.5l finished product with resulting 1625 units in 100l. So one euro gets you almost 50 units rise.

While liquid Pro version is 5ml rises kH by 0.5 in 100l (recommended price for 2l bucket is 28 euro). Meaning 200 units in 100l. One euro gets you 7 units.

And finally liquid Plus version by using 10ml rises kH by 0.5 in 100l (recommended price for 2l bucket is 30 euro per 2l). Meaning 100 units in 100l. One euro gets you 3 units.

So is this even make sense??? Powder version costs 7 times cheaper…yes it will be least concentrated version since same 0.5dkh in 100l you will need to dose not 5, not 10, but 20ml… but 7 times cheaper? Comparing to pro, to plus its 16 times cheaper…

I mean is it because powder is so much easier to store/transfer, I guess???

PS: Pro version adds pottasium as a bonus…
