Hello everyone, i had a light outage at my house and my ai wont turn on through the director anymore. Does anyone know why? I rebooted it and it shows 0w usage .

I will try and see if i can. It had my original schedule and still wouldn’t give me the light settings only the time schedule

i was able to control it through the director again but now only one light pod turns on.

I don’t know what the director is, but you could try resetting them through the AI App and then see if they work with this app. Also check for software updates that you might need to do.

Then if it works with My AI, at least you have an option. If no good with AI, try Mobius. I hate this app but if it helps, just use it then dump it.

Last option, AI customer service. They’ll help you if you write them an email.
