Aqua illumination Orbit 4 Not working

I bought a Aqua Illumination Orbit 4 a while ago and it worked great for a while i have it set to random speed and flow from 30% to 65% but after a while the app showed 45% all day as if it's stuck at 45%, even the night mode which I have set at random speeds from 2% to 15% is stuck at 6%, I've tried updating the app to see if it's a software issue but it kept saying 45% then I cleaned the gyro still said 45%. I'm wanting to know if it's broken or if there's something I don't know

AI is very good at supporting and replacing their equipment.

On 3 occasions, AI warrantied my Hydra 32s when they were out of warranty.

I suggest you reach out to them.

Also worth looking into is if you have the app I recall an update for Orbits being available. You can check to see if there is one and try that.

I've had 4 neros fail on me and they wanted me to pay for the cost to replace parts. Luck of the draw I guess.

I wasn't able to get it working right, I've factory reset it and there were no updates for it (at least according to the app) it still works just stays at a constant speed

Are you using Mobius to control the pump?

No I'm using the myAI app

Could you please try the Mobius app and see whether you can make it run randomly? Should also be possible in the myAI app, but from my experience Mobius is much better.
