Aqua maxx skimmer

I got a aqua maxx bullet 3 two weeks ago today. It's been an adventure with the cup overflowing in minutes over the last few weeks. Today it is doing so weird. The bubble maker isn't bubbling correctly. I took it apart, checked connections and I don't see a problem.

How do I fix it?

I had to prime it again and now it's filling the cup too much.
