aqua medic helix 2.0 uvc problems

and thanks for an absolutely brilliant forum.
I have a little problem with my UVC that you might be able to help me with.
The UVC is an aqua medic helix 2.0 36w, it has started to heal from the part that spins, I can take everything apart except that side, but since there is an o-ring there, it should be able to come off, anyone who knows how??

Looking at the manual, it doesn't look like that side comes off.

Did you sort that problem
