Yes - ANOTHER aqua sd thread.
I ordered from them again hoping this time would be my lucky try. Nope, I’m the fool for thinking they’d actually send me healthy coral and the coral I actually paid for.
Attached are photos of what I ordered: a splatter hammer that was supposed to be at least 2”, a green ricordea, an orange ricordea, and a war paint scoly
I got: a splatter hammer that was the size of my finger nail, a blue ricordea, a bleached orange ricordea, and a dying war paint scoly
I am out hundreds of dollars and they refuse to work with me on giving me my money back. I got store credit for the hammer and ricordea, but they won’t acknowledge much about what was supposed to be my showpiece warpaint scoly. Today I got home from work to significant tissue loss on the scoly. It has been deteriorating from day one. But they just keep asking for updates and then when I show loss, they told me it was outside of the return window.
I got a phone call from Austin and was hoping to resolve this, but I have not heard back on how to proceed.
@AquaSD please help make this right.
