Yeah had a 600 dollar order get delayed 5 days lucky only 3 things doa and they offered to replace 1 of the 3 not to mention 1 goni and 2 torches still look they are about to die any min terrible company random on ebay have better customer service

- Aqua SD cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays by shipping company
Most of the big vendors have some sort of similar policy, but are willing to work something out. Usually it isn't a big deal if it is delayed to the next day, but choosing a Friday delivery does increase the risk of DOA since the package will likely end up sitting all weekend. If getting one of three refunded isn't good enough, then hopefully filing a dispute with your bank can help you out. The benefit of that route is that you can get cash back rather than store credit.
