Aqua-shield 10w UV

Anyone have any experience with this UV? I’m thinking of adding it to my AIO in hopes it takes care of some algae

Don’t have experience with that particular unit but uv sterilization is not rocket science. Amount of time water is exposed to the bulb (gph), and the amount of wattage of the bulb determines what it sterilizes. What size is tank? Total water volume?

30g system. They offer wattages from 9-11 watts if I’m not mistaken

10 watt should be plenty for a 30 gal. For algea would shoot for around 300-350 gph. For ich and the likes slower.
