Comes with extra sleeve and bulb. I also changed out the bulb and sleeve less than a month ago so you get 2 brand new bulbs and 2 brand new sleeves. This also comes with apex flow sensor and uv clamps. Full plug and play package. Price is firm at $350 or $350 + shipping.

I’m selling because I upgraded to a 50w pentair for my new tank.
