hey guys

a friend just got like 10 boxes sps from bali.

He wants 150$ per colony..

These are all aquacultered corals as per his statement..

So worth the risk?

Seems like a fair price to me. There are some real lookers in there.

I wouldn't 100% count on them not morphing to slightly different colors in your tank once established but I'd roll the dice on a few of those for sure pending their current state of health.

I think 1,2 & 5 are pretty unique looking and would be my top picks in that group.

yeah.. something I also thought..
I might let my take mature some more before I try this
It’s not just maturing, most of this corals are grown with sunlight and natural seawater, it takes a lot of luck for some of the larger colonies to take well the change in parameters and light.

Feels like a for sale thread.
They way how quick white light pics were uploaded is amazing.
I could be wrong. Just saying what I feel.

Then I don't know how these fellow Americans are answering if this is fair in Switzerland. Lol

How much are frags there?
I mean if someone can sell these amazing colonies for 150, whoch is cheap by US standards I am assuming frags are cheap too.

Really no way to say. Since this is Switzerland.

well my friend... there are almost no frags available here in switzerland.
theres no such thing like WWC or TSA and stuff.. all I can get are aqa- or maricultured imports from bali.

Thats why everyone is looking for some signature frags from the USA here :) but its illegal without CITES.

Got all this 4 at 120, 3 rainbow tenuis and a greens and purple tenuis, they lasted two months for me all started slowly STN the reason I know they wild colonies is mainly the size of the frag plug and the stuff that grows on the plugs don’t tend to do well in aquariums.
