Has anyone ever actually got in contact with aquamaxx customer service? I've sent 6+ emails, wrote them on FB and also posted on their page. ZERO communication. It's been over two weeks and I'm simply trying to buy a new body lid for the HOB 1.5 skimmer and can't even find out how to purchase one since they won't cover broken shipments under warranty. Anyone have any suggestions or connections? Would be greatly appreciated.

Aquamaxx is Marine Depot's house brand, I believe. Contact MD and they should be able to help.
