I had two of these skimmers for sale. They both sold around two weeks ago. They were packed and shipped exactly the same way. One arrived fine while the other arrived cracked. I guess a disrespectful USPS employee along the way was having a bad day. I refunded the buyer and paid to have it shipped back to me. I repaired the damage with weld-on. It has been tested and there is no adverse affect on performance. The only noticeable repair is pointed out on the pictures. This part hangs behind the tank and isn't visible. I will be packing it with extra cushioning this time. $100 shipped.

I have used multiple HOB 1's and HOB 1.5's on tanks ranging from 10 gallons to 65 gallons.
