Aquanut aka "Big R Corals" aka Mike Biggar - not a good experience

Lesson learned, I also have a problem with this vendor, coral received totally brown, water cold, heat pack not warm. when I purchased the coral there was one picture of a nice hot pink to red coral with blue tips. I filed with PayPal to try for a refund. Now I see there are two more pics. I asked for a full refund, he said minus shipping at $45 IF the coral arrived back to him alive. Big IF ...high price.He then accused me of trying to pull something, trying to get a free coral, trying to ruin his rep, etc. I was asking for a return shipping label so he could have his coral back and a full refund. I've purchased from Unique, WWC,CB,CC, all high end coral, all good experiences. Not this one. His opinion definitely differs from mine and the rude comments were unbelievable.

Update to above post. In fairness I have cancelled the PayPal case, the coral is showing a small sign of coloration. I can only hope this coral looks as good as the one on BigRCorals. It was so brown, my apology to Mike...

Sorry for your bad experience... I bought about 10 corals from him a month ago and all arrived in good shape (couple were pale), water was 73. I don't know what coral you got but some don't like to be cut or transported and turn brown. They should color up fairly quickly if that is the case....
