Very difficult to make a call about using an aquarium with chipped glass from a few pics.

More importantly - what’s the risk/benefit from using this aquarium? If this aquarium leaks in your home, how much damage will it do (I.e., aquarium on 3rd floor or basement)? How much livestock could you lose do to a leak and what did that livestock cost?

Also will these chips keep you up at night worrying about your aquarium?

The answers to these questions will give you a better answer to wether you should use it.

Have you leak tested it? Looks like a DIY project and not professionally done.

Is there a way to reinforce or repair the tank?
Replacing the panels that are chipped.
some people have metal bent to the angle of their tank’s edges and glue it on the outside for reinforcement.
As a glazier and amateur tank builder I recommend you cut your losses and use the tank for parts.
you can make a nice Ato Reservoir with that extra glass
sump baffles or even a algae scrubber box.
