It's not that low. I like <5/hr so stuff can settle in the sump, and the sump is quieter.

Ya i use the vca rfg too haha those coupled with an upgraded pump is all the flow i need in my little im 15g

I use vivid creative Random flow nozzles which assist with water distribution and flow.

I use the same thing, 3/4” RFG nozzles on my Loc line for my 600g where flow is displaced by two Vectra L2 pumps and a closed loop with two Vectra L1’s.

3/4” Locline. No nozzle. Why spend the extra money?

On two of my tanks I just use the nozzle that came with the tank and on my other tank it’s a small piece of pvc that I heated and formed into a nozzle.
