Always avoid friday deliveries just for this reason a lot of vendors only ship mon thru wed

Hope I can say the same but had a order suppose to come Friday got delayed until Monday wondering if they are just gonna let me bite the bullet or help it was 9 gonis 4 torches 2 anemones
thats an expensive order. it was totally out of your control. im sorry man. hope its all taken care of.

I have a kid in college at UCSD and they get recommended when I go to town. They are as good as any other vendor, IMO, that does not specialize in certain types of corals.

Yeah so basically everything besides the 2 anemones and 1 goni made it alive and they said they will replace 1 of the three lol never gonna order from aquasd again kinda a joke tbh

They are ok, good prices during sales. A little liberal with the editing. Ive ended up with the same frags because they look different in pictures online...

Agreed. Legit vendor. A little overzealous editing with the pics to get certain colors to “show” and my own personal issue was the overall frag size but still a legit vendor who works hard and has good customer service
Reviving a dead thread I think, but their frags are TINY. I got a frag with about 50 zoa heads on it for $25 from a LFS and they're beautiful. 3 heads for the same price is a bit ridiculous from AquaSD. I used Coral RX and what looked like a frag eating crab popped out, I could be wrong though, it shriveled up and died fast, so I wasn't happy about that, but I did have a bristle pop out of chateo from my LFS so no ones perfect, always dip your corals.

Super tiny! That's how they can offer such low prices

They get most of their stock from imports and chop them up to sell. Very well known for having pests so its best to qt these guys or at the least, cut off the frag plug or rocks, coral dip, and then glue to a new plug.
I wouldnt trust zoas from them as i have heard of people getting zoa spiders, but you can get them anywhere. Some great prices for certain stuff.

I think they may be struggling lately. Aiptasia in every single tank up front. Turbo snails with literally, multiple aiptasia ridding along. Terrible Dino’s have overtaken one system up front.

Employee told me they are not aquaculturing anything at this time.

I don’t think a coral farm can get this big in a retail building they didn’t build. They don’t have the infrastructure to do the volume they are. Manual Dosing, ATO & WC..Crazy!

They are legit and I have good experience ordering from them. I might visit them next month when I drop off my daughter at UCSD. Always planning on going to their store every time I’m dropping and picking up my daughter from college.
