Am I the only one that they don’t pick the phones up for ? Or am I tripping ? What’s goin on with the customer service here, I’m confused.

Hey there. Chances are we are already on a phone call as we have a cell phone we use so it may just ring through instead of a busy dial tone ect. Unfortunately we do not have a whole pack of team members to answer calls and we have to take them one by one :/
