Aquatop 24g

I am going to be setting up another tank because as you all know you can never have enough. Lol. I have gotten an Aquatop 24g. I plan to do a 2-4 inch sand bed on it. Newer to the Nano tank scene. As far as the best equipment what does everyone recommend? Lighting, auto top off, skimmers, power heads, etc. any advice on what you think is the best is much appreciated!

ATO: Xp Aqua Duetto Dual-Sensor Complete Aquarium ATO
Light: AI Prime HD (2 if you really need the intensity)
Nero 5 (or 3) for flow.
If you don't mind the skimmer in the main tank, the Tunze 9004 is a workhorse. I use the 9012, but while it works even more efficiently, you sacrifice some noise pollution and space in the tank.

I just set up my Aquatop 24 so I can't provide TOO much long term insight on the contents but I'm using a Current R24 light, Current 660gph wavemaker, an auto top off from Amazon - link, and today I just modified a Fluval PS2 protein skimmer which fit in the stock chamber area with a little trimming.
