Anybody using this iodide supplement with results? Any other info on iodide supplementation? From what i hear it's difficult to accurately test for it so wondering what everyone's doing as far as dosing as well?

Lugol's mixtures work best, most contain iodide, iodate & iodine. I use Brightwells lugols dosed daily as opposed to once a week dosing.
