I just noticed that some lighting went up again, how’s it looking on your end?

I just had to pick up another nero 3 and was surprised they were 190, I could have sworn they were around 130 not to long ago.

Did you say "lighting" prices? I'm just glad that with mostly FOWLR tanks, I use lights just to SEE fish-- not GROW them!! Lol! 🙃

It has become common practice to raise prices on items 4-8 weeks before the major sales and then “mark them down” and those not paying attention think they are getting good deals

I build PCs as a side hobby and this last Prime Day had a few good deals but most items were cheaper 2 weeks before Prime Day. Then 2-3 days after Prime Day they dropped to the lowest they’ve ever been 😂 I told my friends in that community don’t buy on Prime Day, buy after. Every industry uses the same gimmicks

The big A is very good at making money off of ignorance and impatience. They're also very good and funnelling people to the items they want them to purchase by having them populate first.
The one that really irks me is when they have items listed in two packs which once upon a time were cheaper than buying two singles. At A it's usually cheaper to buy two single items vs a two pack. A person a hurry and quick to click will end up wasting money.

Yep. It catches all the people that weren't paying attention before the sale.
Classic used car sales 101 but many use it.
