I currently have a Nero 3 and orbit 2 in a 40 gallon breeder. Here’s my settings.

Its very hard to judge it like this, it depends if you have a lot of rockwork or not, depends how the powerheads are positioned and where they aim, etc...

If the sand is not blowing around and corals polyps not pulling wildly and fish not struggling, it should be ok. If you want to attach a sort video it would be easier to judge.

With that said, I have 2 gyres in my 40 gallon at 50% each plus the return.

Hard to tell since you only have fish in there, but it is a bit stronger than I would have it.

But not that it matters, since it's only fish in there.

High flow really only becomes a problem for coral. And high flow can be fine even then if it is randomized.
