Are red hermit crabs and feather dusters compatible?

I was thinking about adding a feather duster to my tank, but, after doing some research, I'm worrying about it's compatability with a red hermit crab. Can I add the feather duster with my hermit crab in there. In addition to my hermit crab, I have a couple of small blue hermits, a yellow tang, an ocellaris clown, a neon velevet damsel, two yellowtail damsels, a coral banded shrimp, and a snail. My water parameters are fine. Can somebody help?

I've honestly had no issues. My bigger issue is my diamond goby nearly burying the duster once a week or more.
