Are these params good?

I have a 125g aquarium, with a fluval fx4. It has a carbon filter, some filter floss(mostly for catching the diatoms), and seachem matrix media. I have a Coralife 125g protein skimmer that still has microbubbles for about a month now and it is pretty loud, but does produce skimmate. I have some dry rock in the display, forgot how much I think 75 lbs and live sand. And a Uv sterilizer rated for 250g.

Current tank Inhabitants are:
2x Clownfish (1 female, 1 male)
10x Cerith Snails
Diatoms
Every now and then I see a spec of green hair algae or seaweed but it goes away by end of day.
I have approximately from what I saw last night 15x spionid worms in the sand.
Copepods or isopods on the glass.
And I believe that's it.

My Tank Parameters:

Ammonia 0ppm
Nitrite 0 - 0.01ppm
Nitrate 3.5ppm
Phosphate 0.015 or 0
Alkalinity 7.7 DKH
P.H. 8.15
Calcium 360ppm
Magnesium 1125ppm
Salinity (S.G.) 1.024
Temperature (F) 78.5 - 79
T.O.R. I believe it is 24.5

Calcium needs to be a bit higher, and alk., but I run my 125 at that same level...with that said, I also dose sodium to raise it.

Everything is looking good for your current livestock. Be sure to raise your alk to about 8-10DKH, calcium to around 425-500ppm, and magnesium to around 1400-1500 if you plan on adding some corals. Yes they will do okay in your conditions but optimal levels will just increase growth and success rate.

Thank you And would you guys know what's causing my diatoms, ik it's part of the process but, could it be from the aragonite live sand, dry rock, or possibly the salt I am using? Or water. I use rodi water only running it for 1 or 2 months so far. I use instant ocean salt. The purple bag. I have 2 5g buckets of reef salts, but not using it rn as I don't have any corals.

You tank looks really good for this stage, pretty clean. Honestly with the stuff you have in there, your parameters are fine for the time being. You don't have any corals, until you do, there isn't much point in dosing anything except maybe magnesium to get it up to about 1300. Water changes should do the job but most salt manufacturers don't put the mag at the levels they should.
Unless you plan on keeping SPS corals, you are good.

Diatoms are usually from silica. You can get a deionizing unit to remove them, but all new tanks will get them anyhow. After awhile, the diatoms will just burn out the silica and they will be finished. If you notice them coming back when you do a water change, you are adding silica.

Thank you. I only plan on having softies, maybe a few lps. I also blew off the diatoms with a turkey baster before I did a water change.

I did an edit to my post. RODI won't remove silicates, the cause of the diatoms. You can get a cheap DI resin cartridge on Amazon for a few buck that will remove the silica. Just attach it at the downstream end of your di unit.

I have a 5 stage rodi unit. It has a resin cartridge I think. I think it's the 2nd stage?

OK cool. It should be fine. Diatoms don't last very long anyhow. Just a part of setting up a new tank. It is likely that there may be some silica in the rock and sand, or even from rinsing stuff off, your stuff looks pretty clean honestly
