are these seams safe?

This is what the seems on my 40b look like. I didn't notice. The bubbles until after I drilled the tank and set for it up. What do you think of these seems?

New but I've had it sitting for a while.

I might be concerned. I had a seam go on me on a 250g. Originally it was all a nice smooth black, then after the leak happened I notice there were lots of small bubble areas. They were clustered into smaller areas and the leak happened through those that connected up and bridged a small path from one edge to the other. If its new you may want to make a few phone calls to the place you bought it. Better safe then sorry. Not the news you wanted to hear I'm sure.
