Are these spots on rock coralline?

My tank has been set up for a month and now these purple spots started appearing on the rocks. Can it be coralline?

Does that coraline alge work from ARC? I used it about a week ago and hasn't done anything yet.

I read that you need to wait from 1-3 months for coralline to start to show up using those. Just make sure calcium levels are up to par and coralline will start seeding around the tank.
