They come out in hundred if not thousand at night.

Please help.

Looks like you might have a po3 or po4 issue or maybe to many nutrients in the water column at least it looks that way by the color of the acro kinda on the brown side.

I have rock releasing phosphate to the tank.

When I upgraded my tank, I didn't do it right. I used BRS dry rock with tap water to start up. All rocks turn green but now slowly havr colorine algea cover it.
