Are these wall torches?

Sorry, this is as far as I could get it to retract. The first two look the same, the bottom one may be different. They all came cemented to a 4" disc, after cleaning them up and cutting them off the disc I thought they looked a little different:

Looks like wall hammer. Not sure if it is called torches. Only ever heard it referred to as hammer.
